For those of you unfamiliar with how to own a suppressor or other NFA items (such as a short-barreled rifle) we have made this easy to follow step by step guide!

1)  Get a gun trust, we offer them for $199 through our attorney on staff Mr. Eric Hulin. Click this link to get started HERE

2)  Select a suppressor or other NFA item through Educated Arms by calling us or arranging an appointment to view your options

3)  Fill out your two form 4’s with your information and we will input the information of the items you are requesting your tax stamps for. 

4)  Compile your forms as well as a $200 check for each NFA item you are requesting a tax stamp for and mail into the ATF

5) Wait, and wait some more. This waiting process can take 6 months or more depending on how quickly the ATF is getting forms sent back out. Once we receive notice from the ATF (via receiving your form 4 back to us) we will contact you and you can come pick up your new NFA items!
